Welcome to Sveta Marina, our origin. We offer 3 residential units for rent in this idyllic little village, directly on the Kvarner Bay. You can choose between an entire property for a maximum of 8 people, the "Villa Paula", a house with an 85m² apartment, the "House 33a" with a large garden, flowers and trees and spacious terraces, or a very modern house with a total of 3 apartments of over 100m² each, the "House 61".
Every year we are proudly able to accommodate around 800 satisfied holiday guests, couples, families with children, in our facilities here in this little paradise, just a view meters away from the shore. As your hosts, we feel very honored to receive this ongoing appreciation from our customers for so many years. Your trust is so important to us and is the greatest gift for us.
On request, we can organize your transfer to us from the nearest airports. These are Pula (PUY, about 1 hour away) or Rijeka (RJK, about 1.5 hours away). Transfer and prices depend on availability and season. We will be happy to make you an offer after receiving your travel dates and number of people.
All of our houses offer free, private parking. You can park directly at the house and it is only a few meters until you are sitting in the living room. House 33a and Villa Paula have locked parking spaces, House 61 has freely accessible parking space for 3 cars. All parking spaces are also under video surveillance.
Each of our houses has a concreted sunbathing area right by the sea, just minutes away walking. Our guests can use these "Plažas" at any time and they are freely accessible, but not exclusive. We would be happy to inform you about the exact location and how to get there. Many beautiful beaches are also just a few minutes' walk from our houses.
We guarantee the highest level of cleanliness during your stay. This is also reflected in the many satisfied reviews for our room service and cleaning staff. Our experienced cleaning team only uses sustainable cleaning products, and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Bed linen and towels (no beach towels) are provided free of charge for each guest for the duration of your stay. If you would like an intermediate cleaning or a change of linen, we would be happy to arrange this. Prices for intermediate cleaning and new linen depend on the apartment and number of people.
Of course, you can enjoy free internet in all of our accommodations. All apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. This allows you to enjoy your leisure activities and social media as well as do your work online. So it's just perfect "workation" all year round, 24/7, 365 days a year. You will receive the relevant access data immediately after your booking. Of course, each accommodation also has modern smart TVs with satellite TV. You can receive your local TV channels just like at home or access services such as Netflix, PrimeVideo etc. via your accounts.
In House 61 you will find a large Weber gas grill, which is available to all guests of the house. The gas bottles are included and are provided by us. Villa Paula and House 33a have normal grills with firewood. We are happy to give you tips on where to get firewood or charcoal in the nearby town. Of course, we will also let you know our recommendations on where to get the best freshly caught fish and where to get your perfect steaks.

A house where you can feel at home in a tranquil fishing village, idyllically located right by the crystal-clear beaches of the Kvarner Bay. Time seems to stand still here. We stayed here over Christmas/New Year, the colder time of year. There is obviously wall heating in all rooms. It feels like being in an infrared cabin. The warmth is simply wonderful. The apartment is lovingly furnished with everything you could wish for as a family with 2 children and a dog. The entire garden is a true work of passionate art. Plants, flowers, herbs and trees everywhere you look. Large pavilion in the garden, covered BBQ-area, large and shady terraces around the whole house. Certainly not our last visit here. We´ll be back !
A really cool, tasteful apartment in a completely renovated house. Children and pets were very welcome here, which is obviously not the case everywhere else!? Our gang had a lot of fun with this property. You can just let the children play in the big garden and not have to worry. Our dogs couldn't run away because it was completely fenced in. Perfect. There isn't an inch in or around the house where you don't feel comfortable. There's space everywhere to relax and have peace and quiet. Controversial favorite spot: the hammock under the old olive trees in the garden!!! The beach and beach bar are actually right on your doorstep, and there is a supermarket and enough restaurants nearby. The car can just stay in the (locked) carport. The kids always told us we should buy the house 😉 And thank you for all the great recommendations for the area !
This place was recommended to me by a co-worker. A very pleasant and successful change to hotels. I did not regret visiting there! Very new and modern house, stylish and high quality furnishings. The apartment with about 100m2 is very large and spacious. In addition to the normal heating, there was also floor heating in all rooms. A very comfortable heat in the whole apartment, which was very pleasant especially with the somewhat fresher outside temperatures. Brilliant view of the sea and the islands opposite. Parking right outside the front door, large TV with infotainment, good and adequate Internet included for work, washing machine and dryer in the basement.
Beautiful house recently remodeled in a modern, nice style and in a high quality. Well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor areas, spacious bedrooms with beautiful views of the sea. Very close to two nice beaches. The while house was super clean.
On our trip to Istria we made a short stop-over in this apartment. In addition to a fantastic t-shirt weather at the end of November, we were expecting a very tastefully furnished and spacious apartment. The house is only a few meters away from the sea. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you needed for cooking evenings. The small village is very tranquil and quiet, the area is ideal for long walks and bike rides. Shops are available in the nearby Labin, where you can combine shopping directly with a visit to the interesting old town. There was really nothing missing, we enjoyed it very much. We also explicitly want to thank the nice hosts, who were always available to help and advise. We will definitely be back!
